Name it "The Singularity Event" - This looks like the emergence of a humanoid combined with computer like components and something that a computer with super human intelligence would create to improve upon our own humanoid design.
I can see why you would struggle to name a piece like this. Many of the names that spring to mind run the terrible risk of being either clichéd, cheesy or just pretentious. What makes it even more difficult is that it's hard to see a name for the whole thing, when so many of the individual components could work as stand alone designs.
My suggestion. Leave it un-named. It is graffiti, so leave the artist and his message a mystery. Naming it would only serve to begin pinning down that mystery, and so remove its allure. Leave it to the viewers imagination, that way it can have a thousand names and a thousand meanings and each one would be as valid as the last.
Oh, I supposed it goes without saying that I am really impressed by this deviation.

I think this is a really thought-provoking piece and it's really well done. The location suits the design perfectly and is it strange that I like that the title of this is "nameless"? It kind of seems to fit with the idea of wearing a mask and pretending to be someone/something else.
